No, I do not issue refunds for unused prepaid subscriptions - but you will have full access through the end of your prepaid subscription period. i.e. if you prepaid for a month, your membership will be active until the end of that month, and once you cancel, your payment method will no longer be charged. Likewise, if you prepay for a year, you’ll have an active membership through the end of that one year period.

Yes, but you’ll need a Vimeo account to do it. The good news is that it is super simple! I house all of my content on Vimeo, and you can create an account for free and save my classes to your favorites. Scroll down, below these FAQ’s, you’ll find detailed instructions to help you set yours up.

The Complete Beginner Series is an ever-growing collection of yoga classes, meditation, and workshops created for someone who has either never done yoga before, or is very new to it.
It is also great for someone looking to reignite their practice, and learn how Laura teaches.
The Complete Beginner Series includes slow flow classes, and workshops to break down poses in detail, so that later, when you encounter those poses in a flow class, you can do them well, having explored them at a slower pace.

No - I want everyone to have access to my classes, so I post a robust sample of shorter classes on YouTube every week. Yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to share a safe, smart way to get into your yoga practice, and find your own way of experiencing yoga - not someone else’s.
If a membership isn’t right for you, but you’d still like to contribute, I invite you to share my classes with your friends and family.

The Online Retreats (soon to be available as one day, two day, and three day escapes) are practice deepening plans to let you sink into your yoga, without leaving your home. Each retreat includes yoga classes for the morning and evening of each day of the retreat, as well as healthy meal plans (I believe self care begins with the food we eat), essential oil recommendations, journaling prompts, nature walks, meditations, music, and more.
-
No - the Retreats are stand-alone purchases, no membership required. However if you’d like 30% off, LSea Yoga Unlimited Members are given a discount.
